Order Process and Fulfillment

Upon successfully placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. This confirmation will contain all the necessary details pertaining to your purchase. Furthermore, a member of our dedicated team will reach out to you within 48 business hours to ensure stock availability and confirm your order. In the event that the item(s) you purchased are on backorder, we will promptly inform you of the anticipated backorder timeline and provide you with the necessary next steps. It is important to note that all timelines are subject to change.


Kindly be advised that the processing time for your order will range from 5 to 12 business days. Do bear in mind that this duration may vary during peak seasons and promotional periods.


Rest assured that as soon as your order is fulfilled and ready to be shipped, you will be notified via email. This email will include the relevant tracking information for your convenience.


For custom and semi-custom items, you can find the expected processing time and additional information in the item description. Please allow for additional time to account for the personalization involved in custom orders.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on Lighting items and Rugs/Rug Pads. Please note that certain items may require freight shipping. When it comes to Furniture and Art orders, we have a tiered shipping fee structure based on your order total:

- For orders between $0 - $1,499, shipping fee is $99

- For orders between $1,500 - $2,499, shipping fee is $149

- For orders between $2,500 - $4,999, shipping fee is $199

- For orders $5,000 and above, shipping fee is rate on approval

For added convenience, we also provide Optional White Glove Delivery at an extra cost of $149 per item.

It's important to note that our warehouse does not offer pick-up services for Furniture, rugs, lighting, and large format art. Additionally, online exclusives can only be shipped within the contiguous United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Methods

Your item will be shipped either by Truckload Freight using a third-party carrier or by Ground using trusted couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Freight Shipping

When items via Truckload Freight, you can anticipate a delivery transit time of 7-30 calendar days. The freight provider may reach out to you by phone to arrange delivery. It is crucial to ensure accessibility for the freight company, as missing the delivery window and rescheduling may incur extra fees. Failure to reach you or our team could even lead to order cancellation.

Ground Shipping

For shipments sent via Ground, anticipate a delivery transit time of approximately 5-7 calendar days.

Shipping Limitations

We currently offer shipping for our Online Exclusives exclusively within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, international shipping and deliveries outside of this region are not available at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Please note that we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.


For now, we can only ship our online exclusives to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to our team through the chat feature on our website. It is important to report any damages or defects immediately for claim filing purposes. To successfully file a claim with our vendors, please provide detailed descriptions of the problem and include photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. Rest assured, we will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking Your Order

We offer convenient order tracking services to enhance your shopping experience. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number in the shipment notification. This tracking number allows you to easily monitor the progress of your order on our website or through the shipping carrier's platform.

Inventory Inquiries

If you have any inquiries regarding the availability of your desired item(s), our team is ready to assist you. Simply utilize our website's chat feature to connect with a dedicated member of our team during regular business hours. For any messages received outside of these hours, rest assured that we will promptly address your inquiry on the following business day. Your patience is greatly appreciated.


We are delighted to extend our refund policy to cover eligible purchases of furniture, lighting, rugs, and large-format art within 30 days of the delivery date.


To initiate the return process, kindly contact Dani, our E-Commerce Manager, via email within 30 days of the delivery date. Please provide the email address associated with the order and the corresponding order number. Once your return is approved by our team, you will receive the necessary information to proceed with the return.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging and returned to the appropriate party. Please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be charged, and the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all freight charges. Marquet Interiors and Design Studios and/or Take 2 Studios LLC will not be responsible for any fees associated with the return shipping process.


Please dispatch the returned items via mail within 14 business days. However, please be aware that returning the item(s) is at your own risk, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during return transit.


Please note that items received in a damaged condition or returns not received within the specified time frame will not qualify for a refund. Once the evaluation process is complete, you will be promptly notified via email. Please be advised that not all furniture, rugs, lighting, large-format art, or online exclusives are subject to our return policy. To check the return policy for a specific piece, please utilize the free chat feature located in the bottom right corner of our website, where our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Backordered Items

At Marquet Studios, we are dedicated to offering you precise inventory information and estimated shipping timeframes. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Rest assured, if there are any modifications to the item(s) in your order, one of our team members will reach out to you promptly.


Please note that stock levels, backorder dates, and shipping timeframes for all products are subject to availability and potential changes.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order for a backordered item, as long as it hasn't started processing, you're in luck! Just reach out to our team via chat and provide your order details. For in-stock items, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, but please note that it is not guaranteed. Once an order begins processing, cancellation is no longer possible. We recommend getting in touch with our team via chat right away for any cancellation needs. They will do their utmost to assist you promptly.

Large Item Description

Please that all tables (including side tables, coffee tables, and dining tables), sofas, chairs, mirrors, artwork, large-format rugs, consoles, sideboards, dressers, case pieces, headboards, ottomans, bar stools, lighting fixtures, and faux greeneries larger than a stem are considered final sale and non-returnable.

General Decor

We offer a wide range of products including vases, candles/tapers, runners, small format rugs (rugs smaller than 4x6), dishware, glassware, stemware, baskets, textiles, pillows, accents, bath items, books, throws, frames, and vessels.


You can return these items within 14 days of receiving them.

Refund Policy

Return Policy

We have a generous return policy for all home decor, textiles, pillows, home accessories, art, and candles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a replacement or a refund within 21 days of receiving the item.


To initiate a return, please visit our RETURNS CENTER, accessible from the footer at the bottom of our home page. Fill in your email address and order number to obtain a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please make sure to send the item back to us within 7 business days. 


For exchanges, kindly return the current item and place a new order. Our system and inventory do not support direct exchanges. Please note that returning items is at your own risk, so ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage or loss during transit. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused during return shipping.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees (except for clothing returns). If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your refund.

Please that Marquet Studios does not have the option to accept returns or exchanges on the following items: premade and custom gift boards, items purchased at warehouse sales or pop-up shops, clearance items, gift cards, or any customized/personalized product.
